Using this website and booking our services implies your unconditional agreement with these Terms & Conditions.

The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice; the applicable version is the one in effect at the time of booking.

Accommodation rates include VAT, promotion tax, and breakfast.

Included facilities: secured private parking, Wi-Fi/cable internet, secretarial services, and luggage storage.

Reservations can be made online, by phone, or via email.

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before check-in.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-shows may incur penalties according to the applicable booking policy.

Accepted payment methods: cash (RON), bank card, and holiday vouchers.

Check-in starts at 15:00.

Check-out is until 12:00.

Early check-in is available upon request and subject to availability.

Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability.

Late check-out fees: until 16:00 – 30% of one night; until 18:00 – 50% of one night; after 18:00 – full night charged.

Children aged 0–6.99 years stay free with breakfast, without an extra bed.

Children aged 7–13.99 years stay free without an extra bed; breakfast costs 5€.

Extra bed for children up to 14 years: 15€ / night.

Extra bed for guests over 14 years: 20€ / night.

Maximum room capacity: 3 persons.

Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel.

Pets are not allowed.

The hotel offers free, monitored private parking during your stay.

Guests are expected to respect cleanliness, quietness, and hotel property at all times.
